March 31st, "Slither" is coming to a theater near you. Written and directed by James Gunn (the man who brought you "Tromeo and Juliet" as well as writing the "Dawn of the Dead" remake), the hype on this R-rated flick is that it will be one of the most disgusting/gross horror movies in recent memory. The horror-gore-comedy is based in a small town where something not-of-this-world causes people to turn into mutants and zombies.

Will Slither live up to the pre-release hype? Will it be as scary and funny as it is disgusting? How good are the special effects? To be sure, you'll have to wait and see the film yourself.
