On a large Chicago sports forum site I frequent, they have a thread where mods post who & why members are suspended and banned -- they write what forum rule was violated -- very brief, just so we know what's up. I think we should have a Mod Thread here at HDC. Bans (permanent) are sometimes needed, but suspensions (temp bans) are often more beneficial for a small group like ours. I'd be happy to write up a simple procedure.
