Hi SFF!

I understand, got it now.

Wish I were still 28, 10 years older than that! I feel younger though because we have no kids and I relate to the pre teens I work with.

You seem very cool.

What else do you like other than horrors? Books, TV etc.?

Watched every episode for the first three seasons. Then it just got too bogged down with the conspiracy crap. Would catch an episode here and there, then after season five I stopped watching alltogether.

As far as books go, I'm rather fond of Astrology, and various Occult material.

I don't really watch very much TV anymore, but when I do, it's usually my favorite improvisational comedy show; "Whose Line Is It Anyway?".

Oh, and I feel younger BECAUSE of my kid, not in spite of him.;)

Hi

Same, don't watch much TV anymore.

A lot of my friends that have kids are just alot more conservative than me. But maybe I would be eccentric anyway no matter what! The kids at my day care help to keep me young. I always keep up with their styles and they think that is cool. Love them a lot! So I get all that there. I have 45 at my centre. Really great kids! Ages 6-12, and some bigger than me!

I like , no love Curb Your Enthusiasm, but it has been cancelled from the station I was watching it on. The only way I could see it is by purchasing an illegal satellite from the US. Not good. I also was getting into Six Feet Under, also cancelled, bastards! A lot of people were not impressed over here.

Have you watched any of Kingdom Hospital?

Uuuh NO. Steven King leaves a bad taste in my mouth. He is hugely overrated.

kingdom.....

Love his books..... but his movies don't usually work, with some exceptions though. The show is pretty good, although would probably be better to read. There are just so few shows now with a scary theme that I'll watch anything at this point.

Respect your opinion anyway.

I think Clive Barker is the better horror writer. I have read books by both him and King, and Barker keeps my attention, whereas King just bores me to death. A good example of this is "Carrie." I LOVED the movie, and was eager to read the book. Needless to say, it fell very short of my expectations.

Hi!

I absolutely LOVE Clive Barker movies! We see anything he puts out.

I liked Carrie too, and the book, but I must have read it at about 13 or so. My favorite Stephen King book is actually The Shining. Sometimes the movies can be better than the books. I like Dean Koontz movies better than his books, {don't know if I spelled his name right}.

Have you ever read Harlen Ellison? Someone gave me some books of his years ago and they were better than S.K. but I can't seem to find them any more.
