Hey, I'm making a horror movie and I need one of those knives that like collapses when you "stab" somebody. Like the blade goes in. Does nayone know what those are called and where I can get one?

You can get one at most dollar stores....retractable knives.

don't get a cheapo plastic one, the blade'll bend and the spring mechanism makes a noise.... unless you're editing out the noise.

I don't know why I find it so amusing that you have the word "stab" in quotes...either you stab somebody or you don't...silly boy.:p

Just stab them for real. The effect will be better, more realistic and most indie actors are horrible actors anyway. Better yet, do it before lunchtime so you won't have to feed him/her either :D

I'm hurt, MM. Just because I happened to ask about building a coffin in one thread and giving some friendly advice in another ... oh I see LOL Nah, no one's ever been hurt with one of my films (unless you count the viewers).
