Arrow Scanners II

Anybody like this sequel? I thought it was a lot better than I expected and had some good moments considering Cronenberg had nothing to do with it. I've been trying to track down the third part aswell as the Scanner Cop series.

So what's the deal with that painting for the poster? The guy's head turns into a glowing burrito? I'm confused about that.
