Director Matt Reeves (Cloverfield) and star Chloë Grace Moretz (Kick-Ass) will appear at a special preview screening of the haunting and provocative thriller Let Me In. The film is about a mysterious 12-year-old girl who moves next door to Owen (Kodi Smit-McPhee), a social outcast who is viciously bullied at school. After a series of murders grips his wintry New Mexico town, Owen has to confront the reality that this seemingly innocent girl is a savage vampire. The film's stellar cast also includes Richard Jenkins and Elias Koteas, and the brilliant musical score was composed by Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost). The film is based on the Swedish novel Let the Right One In, and the acclaimed film of the same name. The film was a big hit at the Toronto Film Festival; The Hollywood Reporter said that "this unsettling, effective American remake really gets under the skin as one of the year’s most powerful thrillers." Let Me In was produced by the legendary British horror brand Hammer Films, and is being released in the U.S. on October 1 by Overture Films. (2010, 115 mins., Overture Films. Directed by MattReeves. With Chloë Grace Moretz.) View the trailer here .
