Decoys 2

Tobin Bell and Dina Meyer from the Saw films are in this white-hot sequel to Decoys, but they're not in it much. Of course, you're not watching Decoys 2 for the star power, right?

Much like the first Decoys movie (which, for the record, I enjoyed), it's about horny college boys running afoul of evil aliens in she's clothing. In this one, Sam (Tyler Johnston) reluctantly joins his roommates in a contest to see who can hook up with the most gorgeous coed by the end of the semester. But when men slowly start disappearing around town, he and his friends learn that when it comes to beautiful women, it's what's inside that really matters.

Decoys 2 is serviceable, but it doesn't have the same sense of humor as the original.

Requiem

The real 'Emily Rose' story – in a German film entitled Requiem, starring Sandra Hueller. This is a psychological suspenser set in 1970s small-town southern Germany. Michaela, 21, has grown up in a deeply religious family. Despite her long battle with epilepsy, Michaela burns to leave home and study at the university. But slowly, her protective shell of faith and family starts to crack open… is it mental illness, or something more sinister?

While this flick is somewhat slow-moving (she does not start to really freak out until an hour into the movie), Requiem is definitely worth a rent, if you're interested in the true story of Anneliese Michel, the 23-year-old student who died of starvation after an exorcism in Miltenberg, Germany in 1976.
