Gotta go with The Godfather.
Dr. Who is awesome, BUT, the Peter Cushing Dr. Who films were not really a part of the Who mythos; and "The 5 Doctors" wasn't all that.

Sorry bout that.
Never seen either the original The Fly or it's followers. But i sure hated Basket Case. The fly and Co. gets my vote.
