While there have been several actors mentioned whom I think are brilliant, I don't watch films based on them being part of it.
I loved Nicolas Cage when I first saw his performance in Vampire's Kiss (I think), Leaving Las Vegas, etc. But he's made plenty of questionable choices recently like Gone in 60 Seconds and National Treasure, just to name a few. Have gotten over the "I'm definitely NOT going to miss this movie because - is in it!" phase. But if I really had to name names...I can only think of two: Vincent Price Klaus Kinski
