i think actually dawn of the dead was the scariest movie to me... either one, because it isnt about acting or anything. The idea of having to LIVE while everyone else is dead and after you is unbearable. Living in a post-apocalyptic world is my greatest fear.

Scariest movie.

Ya, the Mouthman Ps. If you liked the movie, read the book by John A. Keel. He was a UFO resercher on the case in the late 60s. No real explination as to what mouthman is but, it does have some conection to ufos. Mr. Keel goes indepth on motheman and gives good information as well as other phenomina.

I've said it elsewhere (possibly in this thread) and I'll say it again: The Woman in Black.

No amount of gore is going to scare me, although it may be disturbing in extreme circumstances. Jumps do just that: make you jump. The Woman in Black though is the only film to have ever made my spine crawl with genuine fear.

It's hard to come by but if those of you citing Blair Witch, Halloween, Nightmare on Elm St etc as the scariest film want a real, ghost story scare, The Woman in Black will deliver. It's not about gore or jumps; it's pure terror, like you feel during a nightmare.

My votes on Dead Birds. That's by far the only movie that's ever creeped me out.
