45% of the horror movies could fit most of your clues.
Say, how did you arrive at this percentage?

No, not much else. Its not like i was on any heavy drugs back then and have no recollection of what happened in the movie. Its just that there were so many friggin movies I watched, and my brain has lost a lot since then. The twin brothers was the main thing that I thought could shake the bushes with someones brain.

Twins of Evil.

I saw the title and started to wonder, but I just checked it on imdb or something to that effect, and its not it. I know it wasn't a vampire movie.

Good Point Sam. Perhaps we shouldn't answer these questions unless a poster has 25 post or more.

Nah, then we will have 1400 posters with 25 posts instead of 2.

The only twin brother killer movie I can think of was Jack's Back 1988, with James Spader. But that didn't take place in a house.........so why am I even mentioning it......I DON'T KNOW......God......I need a beer.

And just for the hell of it, Cynthia Gibb is also in that movie and no, there is no breast shot.
