Just got off the phone with my doctor, who called with the results of my blood test. Potassium was too low (3.2), need to make a change in the blood pressure medicine. Blood sugar was too high (217). FUCCCKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know doctors don't know anything. Have a salad everyday, exercise 20 mins everyday, never eat candy, cake or drink pop, and you won't have to take blood pressure medicine in 6 months. Makes sense to me.
