Johnny Bartlett!
Frighteners is one of my all-time, number-1 favourite movies...the other two villains are a pretty awesome too (esp. Caligari), but for me I have to vote for Johnny. AWESOME villain. (That said, Dahmers was the better villain in the movie...Combs is a greasy little creep)
