I haven't seen "Darkness Falls" and want to. I'm not sure how good or bad it is though. Has anyone here seen that one?

Its not bad to be fair even if it is about a maniac tooth fairy with self esteem issues. I would say its worth a look

Theres a psycho 4 out there somewhere, fairly sure the main protagonist is female this time ( hows that for turning the series on its head! )
