Dude, we're only waiting for 2 more people to sign up. It really won't take that long. In a little while I'll be logging off until much later on tonight & I'd be willing to bet that when I get back online, we'll have enough people and I'll be able to get the ball rolling.

Oh, I see. No worries though. I'll generally TRY to post the challenges when no one that's playing is on because then it sort of gives every a fair chance to be the first one to see it. Also, you might actually be at an ADVANTAGE being in Aus. because I work the graveyard shift and am usually online the most overnight's (US time, which I believe is day time for you.)

Let me put it this way so you don't need to worry....

Every single challenge will be posted for a minimum of 24 hours so if you are able to get online at any point during the day, you should be alright.

In terms of the game itself, from experience I can say that it goes like this...

Strategizing & alliance-building are most important in having a successful run in this game.

Doing well in challenges can serve you well but it can also put a big target on your back.

Timing of challenges isn't usually a factor unless there is a tie, (I DO use timing as a tiebreaker quite often.) but ties are fairly rare in this game and come about on average of maybe 2-3 per game.

If I had to put them in to an order (and since I am posting this in this thread in public, it's not like I am helping any 1 person by divulging this info. It'll probably benefit everyone.) I would say the keys to winning this game are as follows....

1-Good strategy (Alliance-building is included with this)
2-Good luck
3-Good skill in challenges
4-Timeliness

Being onlione right when I post the challenges is not all that important especially in the early goings because the odds are that not everyone from your tribe would be online at that time anyways.

Yep. This will work basically just like the show Survivor if you've seen it before...

We'll start with a couple tribes, have a challenge, the losers then vote someone out. We continue like this until we get down to 10 remaining people left in the game, then everyone goes on to 1 tribe and all of the challenges will be for individual rewards and immunites. We progress like that until the final 2. the final 2 will face the jury. (The jury consists of players that are eliminated in 3rd through 9th place) The jury will then vote for who the winner is.

Basically, it's exactly like the show except that you don't have to leave your house, eat rice for a month and we're using a horror theme.

This game (like the show) is pretty impossible to predict. Maybe your tribe will win the first 6 Immunity challenges in a row and you won't even see a tribal council until you've reached the merged tribe. Ya just never really know how this will go because each game is so different.
