If they made Stinger old school style, I would be a very happy girl. Midnight though, I think that would definitely benefit from some CGI magic, with as complex as the transformations, let alone the creatures themselves, would be. I would definitely like to see what they do with that.

Of course too much CGI does ruin a movie,but there are some instances where .if kept to a minimum and done right,the CGI effects are mind boggling. plus..in some movies,the effects any other way just wouldnt work as well!

The Langoliers by Stephen King is one of the best stories I've ever read...but it was made into a crappy made-for-TV movie. This is one of the only times I would really appreciate a remake.

The only problem is that the movies they make after books always leave out alot. The books have too much info...

Yes, excellent story I agree.

I don't think I've seen the cheap movie they made a few years ago... I wonder how the crunching ball that grew to eliminate everything turned out in it?
