Nah, it was alright. Jon Stewart was funny, just not as funny as he could've been...George Clooney and Phillip Seymour Hoffman picked up oscars which is pretty cool.

There was no big incident.

Now that I think about it, one thing that was really irritating was that they played music over everybody's acceptance.


I like to see what the host is going to say and do, also cool to see your fav. movies and/or actors win some stuff. Plus I've hardly ever run into an oscar nominated film I don't like, so while it might not always be the absolute best(which in just opinion anyway) I still find it interesting.

i havent seen it in 20 years at least ..
it makes me feel uneasy - terrible speaches .. people acting like asses. (and the bullshit politics behind the chosing of the 'winners')

stopped being worth my while waiting for a nipple to pop loose when i could just find the pics on the internet next day :D

Hey now, Futurama can get pretty deep. Have you seen the one where Bender meets "God"? I was surprised to see an episode that was, for the majority, fairly serious.

Got done watching The Daily Show and am now watching The Colbert Report. These are one of the very few t.v. shows I still watch today.
