I am trying to find a horror movie i seen like 10 years ago or more

Yah, that's what i was getting too..

But now i found something even closer to what i think was the setting of the movie.

I was thinking beach (maybe florida or california), highschool/college girls and boys, beach parties, and if I recall correctly it showed some motorcycles and stuff.

So i came across:

Can't exactly remember the name of it, or the actress's name, but I remember a little flick that was really sexy..

It drives me crazy that I remembered little details like that, but cannot remember anything about the actual story of the scary movie. All I remember is those two sexy clips... :P

tried calling blockbuster, hollywood video, borders, global entertainment, none have it
barnes & noble said they can order it, but i'd rahter just watch it online than waiting...
