I used a boss br1180 with a built in cd burner. I was actually really worried about usin it since its kinda an all-in-one digital recorder and i was worried it wouldnt have the sound quality to match some computer programs like Protools, and Q-base etc. But it came out alright huh? I was really suprised. Best $1000 i ever spent.

But seriously thanks for the positive criticism digital.

Hey moon, i can do heavy riffs all day long. But punk is the easiest thing in the world, if you want that. (im talkin real punk, not pop/punk bullshit but you knew that).

Id be all about doin some shit with you man, just tell me what your lookin for, ill download it, and see what i can do. Im getting pretty good at emulating other styles.

No problem, seriously with just using that stuff, it actually sounds like you have a band. Sounds really good. If you could fix the quality a tad, then it would sound just about perfect.

Ah well anyway. I checked out that band that posted a reply to my ad, and they're fucking great.

Just imagine Arioch's music, but faster.

Yeah, I think they're the key I need. But there's one more I wanna check out which I'll have to do over the weekend.

So, to get a bit indepth, what do you play, and what positions are you tryin to fill? Are you looking to join a band, or are you trying to find musicians to join yours?

Just wondering

Well since I backed out of the one I made awhile back, I've been looking for a new one. I used to play guitar in my other band, but for the one I want to be in now, I'm singing.

Nice, im the exact opposite. I used to sing and be the front man of our old band, but now i wanna focus on guitar and do back up vocals, and i gotta find the right person to be the frontman of our band.

Its frustrating tho, trying to find the right musicians for your specific project. Im sure you can relate.

And how.

When I started my other band, a friend and I were doing it. He was playing bass, and I had lead guitar and backing vocals.(I was going to be the original vocalist, but I changed for some reason) Well it was harder than hell to find anyone that lived near me, because everyone that played the shit we needed I either hated, or they didn't like the music that I need.

Eventually we found some really young kid at my school who had the exact same taste, and he was really good for being 15. Then he knew a singer, and we used him. Then I found a drummer months later. From there it went pretty good. We played at a lot of places. But then our bassist was getting lazy and didn't seem to want to do anything anymore, although he wouldn't admit it. Nobody but the singer and I were trying to keep the band together.

So we played this huge show new years eve, and then after that I told them it's over. And they all agreed. Plus the music wasn't exactly what I was expecting it. I think it was what I expected when we first started playing, but eventually I started getting into more Death/Gore/grindcore metal. So there you have it.
