RESULT OF THE REWARD CHAMBER OUTING


The Zombie Warrior you all know as Friday13thFan was led into the Reward Chamber minutes before the hunt began yesterday.

He has done his choosing from the FIVE boxes in front of him - labelled Pi, Ki, Ti, Si and Ji.

Let us see what were in the boxes which F13Fan DIDN'T select first -


Box Pi - A Chainer Repeller, effective for 5 Hunting Zone Outings!

Box Ti - A Rocket Launcher, loaded with 5 Rockets!

Box Si - 10 Extra Bonus Health Packs!


Those were the ones he missed. Now, for the ones he chose -


Box Ki - A Sawed-Off Shotgun, with 5 Shells!

Box Ji - A double-handed Sword, effective for 5 swipes!


Congratulations F13Fan, you are now the proud owner of TWO extra weapons you can carry into the Hunting Zone Outings! You may use them according to your discretion whenever you want, but when your team is doing the hunting ONLY! Never otherwise.

Excluding this hunt, but of course. You can use your new weapons from the next Hunting Zone outing onwards.

And now for the Combination which F13Fan was asked to guess, to unlock a special SIXTH hidden box!

His guess was - Ki Pi Ji Si Ti.

You were very, VERY FAR from the correct hidden combination, F13Fan. The hidden combination was - Ki, Ji, Ti, Pi, Si. Too bad. :)

A big puff of metallic blue smoke rises up from near the gates into the nightly air. Nobody enters back in for a while. The medics team rush into the Zone.

Let's rewind the clocks and see what happened inside...

RESULTS OF THE HUNTING ZONE OUTING NUMBER FOUR


Both losing teams ran into the Zone almost simultaneously and dispersed without much talking, except for some silent nods of agreement between some members of the Raging Phantoms.

They were followed in by the Zombie Warriors, who yelled loud war cries and jumped around a lot, possibly from their happiness and excitement for finally getting to fry some collective ass. They then gathered together and discussed some stuff in a low voice, although two team members had other ideas of their own. They then disappeared into various parts of the Zone.


SECTION 1:

Rayne came through the bushes and looked at her left and right. She was wary and slightly apprehensive, and looked at some rocks on her right carefully.

She was so immersed in concentration to make out whether someone was hiding behind those rocks, that she failed to notice the long barrel of the Magnum pointed directly at her from above a nearby tree.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne took a couple steps back, more with extreme surprise than the impact of the bullet which had thumped into her right side. She bent over slightly, as the second shot came whizzing through.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne doubled over and stumbled down into the ground. She grabbed at her HPs and turned, fighting back the stinging sensations that were clouding her mind.

The figure had fallen down from the tree on the ground just behind her.

"Gosh, it works! What a recoil!" Ferretchucker was in awe as he picked himself up and gazed lovingly at the deadly weapon in his hand. He pointed it again at Rayne with a huge smile.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne could only open her mouth to protest, as the third bullet thudded into her back and ripped it open. Ferret went flying back and fell down heavily again. "Weeeeeeeee! That was fun!" Ferret was smiling gleefully.

Rayne fought off the blinding pain searing through her body and slowly crawled into the bushes in front of her.



Sector 4:


Dude Guadalupe waited silently, his ears perked up for the slightest sound around him. The soft chirping of the birds and some indistinct sounds made by small furry animals inside the undergrowth were the only ones reaching his ears.

Till then.

The regular sounds were broken by something heavy creaking on the dry leaves. Dude stiffened and held his breath, immediately looking in that direction. The sounds had come from his left, and Dude lifted his Magnum slowly to point in that direction.

FreddyMyers had come through, and was scanning the area in all directions. Dude cursed under his breath once, then set his lips grimly. Freddy had finished his scrutiny, and was motioning to someone behind him to follow him. Dude looked on curiously.

A figure hobbled through into Dude's sights, patched up everywhere! Aha, impressive teamwork!, Dude thought as he licked his lips. He had recognised who it was, and pointed the Magnum directly at the figure, and pressed the trigger rapidly.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The bullets raced through the air and thudded softly into the figure's chest and tummy, and it slowly fell down backwards with a thud.

"MISSMACABRE!" Freddy yelled while whirling at the sound of the shots, and raced towards the fallen figure.

MissM was grunting, trying to stop her blood from flowing by her hands. Freddy instantly pulled out 2 of his own HPs and patched up MissM the best he could.

She is running around with her very own medic, Dude thought ruefully as he dropped his empty Magnum.


Chronogrl had turned around, very surprised. Those were shots from a Magnum behind those trees, she thought worriedly, creases on her forehead. She couldn't think more, because just then Rayne came limping through the bushes on Chrono's right!

Chrono's eyes widened at Rayne's sight. Rayne froze instantly.

Both women looked at each other in the eye - one's eyes slowly narrowing and turning brutal, the other's still wide with apprehension and fear.

Chrono lifted her Magnum.

Rayne turned and dived without thinking.

Chrono pressed the trigger.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne didn't have enough time to disappear into the bushes she had come through to escape Chrono's sight. Two bullets tore into her back and one ripped through her right thigh, and she went down with a huge groan. She clutched at her HPs, and Chrono dropped her Magnum quietly, forgetting about what she was thinking before targeting Rayne.


Somewhere nearby, Dude had stood up in surprise himself. Those couldn't be Magnum shots near me, he was thinking worriedly.

SECTION 5:

He was very happy. In his heart he couldn't stop smiling, and the small grin on his face showed the glow he was feeling. But he still had a job to do.

His eyes were trained on the sight in front. The trees dropped down into a huge bunch of rocks away on his right, and the river flowed carelessly away on his left. The fresh smell of the afternoon air again made him happy.

The thud near him made him jump up. The big figure had lumbered through the shrubs and was very near him. He lifted his Magnum and fired almost instantly, without even checking who it was.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

All three bullets tore into the left side and tummy of the half-surprised, half-fearful Rayne who stared at F13Fan for an instant before doubling up and letting out a loud cry of pain. Big gushes of blood sprayed out of her freshly made wounds and she clutched at them in vain. F13Fan was breathing hard. He didn't expect Rayne to surprise him this way. His breath slowly started to return as Rayne shut her eyes tightly, one hand instinctively reaching for her HPs.


SECTION 7:


Zero gulped down the last piece of his banana and stopped. He peered forward to have a better look at the figure crawling towards his tree on all fours. Damn, it is indeed her, he thought painfully. Letting out a soft sigh, he lifted his Magnum and pointed directly at the figure.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The three bullets blasted into the figure's shoulders and collarbone, making it crumple forward with a very audible moan. Zero blew a kiss towards her and dropped his empty Magnum, as Rayne reached slowly for her HPs with closed eyes.

SECTOR 2:


He sat very still. The soft rustling sound he had heard moments ago had come from his right, he was sure of it. He was craning his neck out to look in that direction, but all he could see were trees and more trees.

There, his brain jumped with that thought, it just rustled again!

A low moan came from the bushes far on his left, and he turned to look there. Rayne had crawled over a bush and had collapsed on top of it. She was wearing plenty of HP patches, a symbol of her being the specific target of the Warriors so far. His eyes slowly widened for a few moments, before he lifted his Magnum to aim.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The gunshot echoed around the small area, the bullet thudding squarely into Rayne's left side and sending her sprawling onto the floor.

A couple of deep-red, blazing eyes suddenly sifted in the direction from where the shot had echoed!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The second shot blasted into Rayne's leg, and she screamed in sheer agony. A big glob of bright, crimson blood formed on the gaping bullet hole, which suddenly gushed out in all fury.

The eyes gleamed, then narrowed. The figure rustled quickly towards the source of the shots.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Shriek of the Mutilated watched with a big satisfied grin as the third bullet pierced into Rayne's tummy, almost throwing her backwards with its impact. Rayne's skin had exploded out and a big torrent of bright red blood rained out of the small hole on the tummy.

Rayne was losing consciousness fast. She grabbed her HPs and was patching herself, half-delirious with the sizzling pain her body emanated, when the figure fell across her and walked right past by. Her tear-filled, fully clouded eyes cleared for an instant in sudden alarm and fear.

Shriek's mouth had opened wide in sheer terror. The figure striding towards him turned his bowels into water. He kept pointing his gun at the figure and pressed the trigger in a frenzy but the Magnum only clicked away, its chambers now empty.

The Chainer stretched it's right hand, and a long coil of sharp spike-covered chain shot straight at Shriek's chest. It's grappler pierced Shriek's chest and hooked itself right on his ribs. Shriek screamed out, his scream ringing around even louder than the Magnum's shots. The second coil wrapped itself around Shriek's right arm and coiled tight, the spikes piercing his hand and ripping the flesh off in several parts. The third and fourth coils shot straight at Shriek's legs, their razor-sharp spikes cutting neatly through the flesh of his legs like a warm knife sliding through butter. Blood started to flow in all directions from Shriek's body, and his intense, agonising screams were filling the dull evening air. His hands reached feebly for his HPs, but in his mind, a foreboding of imminent death throbbed continuously.

The chest of the Chainer slowly opened, and the final coil of chain shot out straight at Shriek's neck. Shriek grabbed at it desperately to try and avoid it wrapping around his neck, but his fingers were sliced off as soon as he touched them and he flung his arms back wincing. The chain wrapped around his neck in a flash, and then came the tugging.

SSSSSHHHHHRRRRRIIIIIKKKKKTTTTT!!!!!

Shriek's body exploded into a mass of body parts, as if some hidden bomb blew inside his body somewhere. All the limbs and his head were ripped out of the rest of his body and fell down in a heap beside each other, the eyes of his severed head still wide in horror and his mouth still open, as if to scream his lungs out. Blood from his torso rained on the grass all around it, the greenery turning into a frenzy of hot, bright crimson.


ZOMBIE WARRIOR SHRIEK_OF_THE_MUTILATED IS DEAD!!!!!



SECTION 6:

Rayne was shaking uncontrollably, more in fear at what she had just witnessed than at her condition at the moment. She was bleeding profusely, her HPs patched all over her body and her nerves shooting up severe stinging sensations to her brain, but the sight she had just seen was still very much evident in her eyes and mind.

The Magnum slowly stretched directly towards Rayne, and the finger pressed on the trigger rapidly.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne didn't have even a second to get back to reality. All three bullets thudded cruelly into her chest as she went flying backwards and fell back on the ground heavily. Her thought processes were disturbed as the fresh, searing pain blotted out everything else and her chest turned into a oven of fire. Blood sputtered out of it and Rayne coughed, a small spurt of blood shooting out of her mouth too. She lay there, breathing in short gasps and her body spasming intermittently. She had run out of HPs, and now lay there as a bloody mess, Bleeding.


SECTION 8:

The inhuman shrieks of death perked Saytan's ears. She knew someone had breathed their last somewhere in the Zone, but nowhere near her. She strained to listen, and a fresh sound came ringing into her ears.

A pair of shuffling feet was running across from where she was lying down!

She looked straight ahead, and chuckled soundlessly.

FreddyMyers was half-running, half-dragging MissMacabre with him, who was stumbling and fretting a lot, leant on his shoulder!

Saytan's grin froze, and she lifted her Magnum.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The first shot made its way straight into MissM's left shoulder, spinning her out of Freddy's grasp towards the floor.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Before MissM hit the ground, the second shot pierced her back. Both gun wounds were shooting out blood now, and MissM was convulsing.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The third shot blasted into her thigh, and MissM let out a long sigh. Freddy spun around and raced to her. He kneeled near MissM and picked her up, just as a shadow fell across both of them.

Freddy looked up in surprise. MissM was unconscious.

"We have no time to lose," Doc Faustus said and pulled a bunch of his HPs out of his backpack. He quickly patched up MissM's fresh wounds with them, and after a few minutes, both of them picked MissM up between them and carried her towards the gates.



As the night rolled in and the deadline came about, the Snipers' windows opened and all rifles were trained straight at the Warriors.

Then came the shots.

BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!
BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!.. .


Sorry Warriors. Dude Guadalupe and Chronogrl ended up in the same Section so all of you have been shot FOUR times by the Snipers.
