walked into a giant tiger today (junky canadian store that makes wal-mart look like the Ritz)

came out with :

- Sinbad of the seven seas (lou ferrigno)
- poison ivy / poison ivy 2 / Poison Ivy 3
- crystalstone / the boy and the pirates
- Hercules / the adventures of hercules (lou Ferrigno)
- Jackie Chan's First Strike / Mr. Nice Guy
- Casa de los Babys
- Illegal Aliens (anna nicole smith :D )
- Operation condor
- Surviving the Game
- Phantom from 10,000 leagues
- Dark City (many extras - going to retire the Laserdics)
- Dagon (i think this version is better than the one i already have)
- the Raggedy Rawney

You really do have a disease. A lot of those are terrible - particularly Surviving the Game. I just saw that last week and it has NOTHING going for it. NOTHING. It's not even a good bad movie.

i have it on laserdisc - i thought it was ok .. not great - not bad ..

but i tend to get anything Rutger Hauer is in.

plus it was under $3 :)

most of those movies are something my kid and i can watch (the ferrignos, the jackie chans, the pirate stuff...)

meh .. i know what i'm getting into when i buy these kinds of cheapies .. no harm done :)

The Buster Keaton Collection (TCM Archives)

I found this brand-spankin'-new at Costco for $17- I've been dying to buy it for a long time, but $35 is its typical shelf price. The Cameraman is one of my very favorite silent comedies, and I plan on watching it over and over again. The other two films are bonuses.
