Funny story I read in a Dick Miller interview:
Roger Corman offered him the lead in Little Shoppe of Horrors, but he had just finished playing the lead in A Bucket of Blood, and he felt the roles were too similar, so he told Corman to "let Jon do it." Corman never offered him a lead role again, and indeed, he never played anything but supporting roles after that. Well, I guess it's not that funny, for Miller...
