Dear ______V_______
I have been depended upon to help out in family matters for a very long time.. ranging from helping the elderly to properly file applications through to helping my neices and nephews stay out of jail..helping a family member who was almost on the verge of losing her children to child welfare services..lending money that never gets returned..the list goes on ..as well as work however..recently..I put my foot down and said ''NO MORE'' . Em exhausted..what do you recomend as a way of getting my Oomph back?? My energy levels are so low and I can't sleep at nights cos em worried about them all.

I can answer that- there was a time when there was some weirdness with HDC- it kept going down and disappearing for periods of time. A lot of the members wanted a backup plan in case the site ever did disappear for good.
So V started a forum in case that does happen. Drop on by and sign up!
