No, the 3 dots between sentences ("...") in Google results serve to seperate findings of different words sometimes on the same page, so there is no necessary link between Chaibill and OMCDave.

The 'stream of conciousness' thread also pops up in this search, and it is interesting to see it finally closed now it has gone full circle from "felch" to "dave sucks lol".
