Punching a ludicrously big hole in the wall and walking away all bad ass in slow motion from Riki-Oh

From a movie that I saw recently, Threads:

This is a film about the end of the world/nuclear war. One of the characters became pregnant shortly after the war began, and at the very end of the film, she gives birth. She looks down at her baby, and the last shot is a frozen close up of her horrified face, screaming in terror. It's a powerful scene, and a devastating movie. I don't think it's available on DVD, but you may be able to find it on teh intarwebs, like I did.

Anyone seen Rats: Night of Terror? Hahaha the ending rules:p

Kind of like a hilarious, cheesball version of the end of Event Horizon now that I think about it...
