I enjoyed May, it was not pop out in your face scary, but the ending blew my mind.

Not a bad collection. I have quite a few of those myself. Although you do have a few of them that I wouldn't ever consider buying. (Wickerman, Phantasm, Panic Room, The Ring, etc...) I highlighted my favorites from your list in bold so you can see what you're doing right. ;)
