They have given fair warning. They have told people to evacuate a number of times, so if they get burried in the remains, it is their own damn fault.

Yes. Anyone near the base, people near the Toutle River, and any areas that may be subject to ash problems. Mother nature isn't very nice. The areas around the mountain were just starting to get back to normal after 24 years. Trees are growing, and the river is taking better form. This is going to set things back quite a bit.

dunno bout that one. mother nature likes to balance itself out (forest fires make for new growth, get rid of old trees... bears eat a lot of fish, which is why there are a lot more fish than bears.. etc etc) its people that set shit back (greedy mother fuckers)
