Ong Bak was great but can't compare to the other two, hell, I like the long fight scene in The Protector (you know the one...) better. Jackie Chan nearly killed himself with that final stunt and the Star Wars battle is one of the most memorable cinematic moments in history.
I'm going to have to go with Star Wars...

Police story is a very favorite film of mine but I have to agree the father-son battle was one of the true classic cinematic action scenes of all time.
so my vote goes for Luke vs Vader too.

As well choreagraphed and effective as the Ong Bak challenges are, and as completely chair leaping enjoyable as Police Stories mall is Luke and Vader and the end of TESB wins hands down, visually imposing a great sense of build and genuine emotional resonance behind the fighters. It may lack the choreagraphy, energy and skill of the other two, but it's entirely more memorable.
