University student research projects. Some physical "tests", some psychological (I'm sure there are more fields, but those are the primary 2 that seem to be available, over here in the sydney campus anyways, and if we do this, I'm sure you guys would too...), they'll usually pay you quite decently too.
Some probably suck, but some are actually pretty "interesting". My girl had the oppertunity to get paid to drink 4 vodkas and go on a driving simulator. Also, this is just a trick that I've heard of...if you wanna send a letter but don't have a stamp, reverse the names (your name on the front, their name on the back) and dump it in a local postbox...then they'll return it to the "sender" for the insufficient postage... - B
