Evil Kids
If you like evil kids in movies try "The Bad Seed" Patty Mccormick--1956. There is a more recent version--it's good also, but not as good as the original.
Also "The Children's Hour" with Audrey Hepburn and Shirley McLane, while not quite horror, stars one evil little bitch!

Pet Sematary is definetly one of the best Evil kid movies ever. Even if the kid is only evil for the last 20 mins.
