Nice, I think you'll enjoy it. Well I hope you enjoy it at least half as much as I did. I'm notta huge fan of Sci-Fi movies either really. I like them, but this one was great.

Do you use Netflix then?

I used to. I might have to renew my subscription so that I can watch all the movies recommended on this site.

Do you like classic horror films (pre-1960) and which ones are your favorites?
I haven't seen that many and I think I'm going to try and catch up on the big classic horrors.

I am particularly retarded tonight. I clicked the "Last" button on this thread thinking that I clicked the "1" button and then got this post.

Naturally I thought, "Stoopid n00b. Posting retarded non-sequitors."

But who's the retarded NOW?!

...

Good GOD I need to go to bed.

Hi. I'm Chrono.

Hi Chrono, heh no problem. Nice to meetcha :)

Russ, I've never seen a pre-1960 Horror movie before, honestly. Does that now make me not a fan? :p

The oldest horror flick I've seen, and loved, was the original Romero Classic Night of the Living Dead '68. Fucking brilliant movie.

I'll need to check out some classics sometime, but I'm such a fan of movies in general (Horror being my favourite genre of course) there's so many movies out there I still need to see.

I usually buy my movies, I never rent. Of course I make sure I know what the movie's all about too, before I spend the money on it. If I don't like it, I give it to my Brother, or I sell it off. But that rarely happens. :p

Thanks for the link Neverending!

It DOES mean you haven't seen some of the greatest films ever made.

I'll stop there because when I start lecturing about the importance of knowledge of film history, people get mad at me.

Nah, not mad at all. I guess older films just never interested me for some reason. But of course I can admit I have no basis of which to go off of, really. I'm definitely willing to give them a try. So Neverending, if you could recommend just a single pre-1960 horror flick, what would it be?

Easy- but it's 2, because you can't see the one without the other- Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein.
