Weird...
Well, it's supposed to be weird because the whole story takes place inside Franco's head. I think there were definately things that were put in specifically not to make sense because dreams and the like never make perfect sense.

I love it, I can definately see why some people wouldn't though. :p

You seem to have a penchant for movies that are hard to find Urge. Ive been searching my ass off for both of those, and aside from over the net, I cant find either. I think I may break down and buy Phantasm online, even though I HATE to. Always takes forever to get here, usually costs twice as much as if I could find it in stores:rolleyes:

Anyway, heres some mini-reviews of ones Ive seen:

HORROR:

House of 1000 Corpses- Pretty good. Nothing special if you've seen TCM, but still worth seeing.

Evil Dead 1 - Great, gory, crazy movie. Buy it.

Evil Dead 2 - Alot the same as the first, only better IMO. Ash is beyond cool in this one.

Hellraiser - It's a classic. Great gore effects, bizare, original plot, and the cenobites are pretty awesome here. The first sequel is good too, havent seen the others.

Session 9 - Get it. Im serious, buy it now. This is one of my all-time favourites, everything about it is great. The last line will haunt you long after you've finished watching it...

The Grudge - Ouch. Rent it if you must, but I didnt like it much at all.

Exorcism of Emily Rose - If you like coutroom dramas as much as I do, this is a must-see. If you dont like them...Id forget it. This movie is at it's best in the court.

Suspiria - Stylish, creepy, and gory. Argento ear the top of his game. The ending isnt great, but overall it's a great movie.

The Eye - My personal favourite Asian horror movie. VERY creepy.

Dead Birds - Moves really slow in parts, but the scares the slow bits set are are worth it. One of the coolest horror movies made in a long while

ZOMBIE:

Day Of The Dead - Not many agree with me around here, but IMO, this is head-and-shoulders above Dawn. Bub is my idol.

Land Of The Dead - Not as good as the rest in the series, but certainly worth seeing/having.

Re-Animator - Another one of my favourites. Really strange movie, but really cool. Highly recomended, though dont be expecting a typical zombie movie.

Resident Evil - I liked it more than most folks did. Not really much of a horror movie, but worth seeing so long as you like action, too

Resident Evil: Apocalypse - Basically, same goes for this one, only it's ALOT more mindless. I liked it.

The House By The Cemetery - I wouldnt call this a zombie movie, although I would call it great. Awesome ending.

Zombie (AKA Zombie 2) - Liked it. Cheesy in places...but what zombie movie isnt? Overall, it's pretty cool, not to mention fairly gruesome.

Dead and Breakfast - If you liked Evil Dead 2, you aughta like this one, too. It's in the same vein, but is a very original, crazy, funny, thrill-ride of a horror flick. Easily the best of '04, IMO.
