Well, Adam and Eve were perfect and immortal until Eve ate the fruit from the forbidden tree, they were yet to have a child when they lost their perfection and immortality there for they passed their flaws onto their children which is everybody there for the world is fucked up.

Nah...That was blamed on Satan....God's creation was perfect, but he gave man free will, so that everything wouldn't be preordained....Eve was tempted, she trusted him, she sinned...

If anyone is to blame it's Adam. Eve was tempted by someone who's knowledge far surpassed her own and she fell for it, Adam on the other hand followed behind Eve. He had no higher intelligence tempting him he just did what his wife wanted him to in fear of losing her.
