wow who ressurected this thread lol thank you! I just watched a nightmare on elm st 2 and the gate. I for got how mush I love early to late 80's horror it is the best.

Theres titles on some of these lists I wouldnt even put in the top 100.

1. Return of the Living Dead
2. House on the Haunted Hill (remake)
3. Halloween
4. Maximum Overdrive
5. Evil Dead 2
6. Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Warriors
7. Night of the Living Dead (remake)
8. Dawn of the Dead (original)
9. The Maid
10. Ringu (1, 2, and 3 together really make the story)
