I don't believe anyone will ever top Pennywise...But...I'm curious as to why you didn't list the "Creeper"

The thing that scares me about Micheal is the whole immortal thing. It doesn't matter what they do to him, he just gets up, grabs his knife and stabs someone else. To me, that's somewhat frightening. I like a villian with a weakness and I don't see one for Micheal...
Jason doesn't scare me and Freddy is just too cool to be scary.

Pennywise! No contest... Not only a clown (which is bad enough), but one who can manifest your deepest fears. :-(
Freddy is frightening in the same way --- manifesting your fears in your dreams. More frightening because you can only go so long without sleeping... He's pretty unavoidable in that sense. Freddy's cool though. Although I wouldn't want to encounter him in real life obviously. :-p Pennywise frightens me even as a fictional character on a TV screen/pages of a book (the book scared me more than the mini series actually).

Ash aint scary, just cool. Jason is the daddy - he used to scare the hell outta me as a kid. myers looks dumb, freddy is way too funny to be scary, pinhead is a close second......so
Jason is the scariest in my opinion.

pnihead gets my vote. hes very sinisters looking and lookslike he coulkd b more intimidating to meet up w/ in a dark alley then the rest of them. freddys good but hes just to comical
