how about putting their head in a hole (like in rock or a wall), then snapping the body so the head pops off like a bottle cap?

String piano wire across the street between two trees at about neck level. Make sure the wire's tight and the road is on the way to Sturgis. Then grab your video camera, pull up a lawn chair, and wait for the next guy on a motorcycle to drive by.

Simple, effective, messy, and inexpensive! What more could you possibly ask for?
