Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning ('85) -- It's not really an asylum kind of setting, it's more of a home for the mentally disturbed such as teenage Tommy Jarviss, in the previous film he killed Jason Voorhees with multiple machete blows to the head area and was sent to the home because he was emotionally disturbed.

The 4th Wrong turn is can't really say it's f'd up though, to be honest I was actually really dissapointed, but it'ss good for shits and giggles
