I didn't think I could list many until I read some of yours.
Wow... Memories. I'm going shopping later. Left 4 Dead (My newest obsession) Sims 1 & 2 Duke Nukem ( I think the one I liked was Duke Nukem 3D or something?) Any Mario game made for the snes Baldor's Gate 1 & 2 Chrono Trigger Pokemon (on the gameboy-hate the show, love the game) Escape from Monkey Island and all the other Monkey Island games. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Quake III: Arena Doom Any of the Final Fantasy's Shadow Run Etc... When I was like 7 I played this PC game... It was almost like Duke Nukem, but I think it had 'gold' in the name, and it's name was the main character. I can't remember the name of it, and it's really bugging me... :( I loved that game!

A lot of apogee games were pretty similar.
There was duke nukem, the commander keen series, there was dangerous dave, there was jazz jackrabbit, blake stone (one of those had gold in the title?), hocus pocus, crystal caves, and my personal favourite "secret agent". Good old games they were - most available for free download now ha.
