As much as i faulted TKD i'd never calle it a choreographed dance? I know u are just starting but to the higher grades not put on gloves and spar?

Anyway here's the 'key board warrior' photo from my website...One thing i noticed i lost my stamina so much but my flexabilty stayed alot longer. That said there is no way i could hold my leg out straight and leav it there like that pic..

oh yeah there is - but it isnt exactly street fighting - there are strict rules about how you hit, kick, block, etc ...

when 2 guys are doing it right - there's definately a choreographed feel to it ..


but yeah - dance probably isnt the most appropriate word

If you increase your flexibility in your hips and strengthen your thighs, it will really help your knee.
