Rented this film from my work last night.
It is phenomenal. I loved it. Lots of gore, action, comedy, its all out fun. Acting is great dude to its small budget. I wish they would have released this in the theatres. Better then alot of horror flicks that get released nowadays. I give it an 8.5 out of 10. Maybe even a 9. :)

did no one here watch the Project Greenlight all about this? They just ran a marathon of it on Friday.
And it did get a theatrical release, but just for one weekend. They released the film as a midnight only in several of the larger markets. Wierd release strategy, but I'm always happy to see someone try to bring the midnight movie back. I was supposed to see it, but shit happened. Can't wait for it to come out on video

We watched last night, both of us liked it alot...everyone check the final seen after the credits are already rolling-ala Daredevil? Also, check the alternate ending.
Very, very entertaining...loved the profile snapshots as the characters appear. How about Jay, from Jay and Silent Bob?

Just watched it last night.
Very silly, nice gore, decent acting. A good time. Anyone who likes this one will LOVE Hatchet.
