I have to agree with Resident Evil's Marilyn Manson tracks
End of days has a decent one IMO One of my all time favorites is The Terminator theme, I actually have that on my MP3 player, and listen to regularly.

one i used to listen to all the time at work was Chris Vrenna's score for American McGee's Alice. Good moody music.

Just heard a track that made me remember this one...
The soundtrack and musical scoring/narrated interludes of the first TMNT movie was really well done...some of the music is a little dated now, but it worked alongside the movie, and as an independant soundtrack I liked it too.
