I said what I said because I am a Nirvana fan and only started this poll because I was curious to see what other Nirvana fans would choose as their favorite Nirvana album.
I didn't start the poll to see if people liked the band or not or to debate on whether they are or aren't overrated.
All I asked in the poll was "What's Your favorite Nirvana album"
simply pick an album and perhaps state why that one is Your favorite.
Sure everyone has an opinion and a right to be a critic but all I asked was "What's Your favorite Nirvana album":)
Heh, fair enough. Statements like that tend to bother me. Nothing personal.

I just realized that I've neglected to mention my favorite Nirvana album... It's Incesticide.

exactly ..

as soon as you produce a product for public consumption - in otherwords - the money we spill our blood and tears for in the daily grind is spent on it (this includes the insanely overpriced live shows) then we have the absolute right to voice our opinions.

it goes for ordering food or anything else either.

this is one of the things that makes me defend (on a small scale - not as a business) movie downloading.

if we pay 13 bucks a head, plus another 30$ for a babysitter - then the movie we go see is shit ... where is our ability to get our investment back ?
if it was a meal i could complain ... or most other products - i could return them.

once you see a shit movie - your time and $$$ are gone and there's nothing you can do about it.

Same as a bad live show - but you usually know what you're getting into for those.

well, you're still gonna get some opinions . its par for the course ..
it's what makes a forum interesting if people can do it in a mature fashion..

and re. nirvana .. i really did try to like them .. i bought several albums ... so i had to explain why my choice was tough to make ..

I find it hard to believe people don't dig Nirvana. But I guess different strokes for different folks. A lot of people don't get why I fucking hate Led Zeppelin with a passion :)
