Crash is pretty hot. Nekromantik is hotter in it's way. But Lucy in the graveyard in Bram Stoker's Dracula is also quite intense, and the scene with Dracula's wives seducing the tragically boring Keanu Reeves was very nice too.

The sex scene in Bloodrayne wasn't good, but it was funny.

And it aint horror, but the sex scene in Enemy at the Gates was hilARIOUS.

My memory's been jogged a bit, and now I that I think of it, some of Jess Franco's movies like Female Vampire and Vampyros Lesbos had some pretty good sex scenes too.
