Wow,EC,That was some powerful words!
I was watching the news yesterday and two things caught my attention. The fact that land can be taken right out from beneath your feet even though you've probably worked your ass off for said land,and these wire tappings that Pres.Dickhead is defending. Our freedom is being stripped right before our eyes...first we get dulled into the cattle mentality with that PC shit..."oooo,don't say that-SOMEone might get offended"...then we get daily rights stripped away so slowly we don't even realize it's happening....one day we wake up and it will all gone. Basically we're screwed,who has the energy or even the care we need to fight back.....like I said before,apathy will sink us in the end.

Well...back now.
Just thought I should make it known that the (both local and international) media seems to be having a field day with the whole "Racist white Australia" bit. Most importantly, the elements on both "sides" are a minority even among their own communities. What's gone on in the past few weeks has been very much frowned upon by both the majority of the white Australian and middle eastern Australian communities. I myself see issues on both parts, the racist attitudes go both ways and everyone involved is equally to blame, most of those involved were stupid, drunk young idiots that ought to pull their heads out of their asses, fuckwits making a bad name for their respective communities. Multiculturalism is what's made this country what it is today...we're no more racist than anywhere else, in fact for as long as I've lived here, the majority of what I've seen, and experienced, is harmony among those of different backgrounds. To allow irresponsible, one sided wanna-be sensationalist media to convince you that this country is "racist" in general, is the wrong path to go down...and I hope that eventually more accurate reports of both sides of these incidents, and their causes are covered in a more unbiased fashion, until then, I can only hope that people aren't judgemental about my home. - B.
