Ministry is also great as some of you have mentioned. They too also are very metal... starting with The Land of Rape and Honey. Siouxsie is another favorite of mine. I don't really know a lot of Oingo Boingo but Danny Elfman is a great composer. One of my favorite bands, and I agree that the first two albums are the best. Some Girls Wander By Mistake is good, but it's just a collection of their early EPs and singles.
