I'm with you...
However, I'd call in a fake large scale emergency to the fire department to keep them busy, while I torched their house in clear daylight.
Assuming they had a basement and survived, they'd probably wanna move out. I think I could take a vampire.

I dont know. I'd want to go over dressed in crosses, and spray garlic juice in that mother fucker's face, because vampires are over rated.
