Don't know if it's rentable as of yet (unless you're in Asia). It's an indie film that just got picked for distribution not too long ago. The director gave me a copy at a horror convention a few months ago. Then we got drunk on Southern Comfort :)

Still doesnt beat the scene i created for one of my films little dorrgies. Its near the beggining about 5 minutes in. This guy digs up a grave of a freshly buried women and starts doing the ol in-out in-out in her mouth right befor she turns into a zombie, and then, o my brothers, all's you could hear is a great big CHOMP.
