my favorite series are definately Halloween except for the 3rd one. It would have been good if they gave it a different name besides Halloween. They could of just put Season of the Witch or somethin'. Next there's Friday the 13th. I like all of them except 5. Damn that was stupid. Next Scream. A lot of people are going to disagree but Scream and Scream 3 were pretty good. Scream 3 had like the best ending out of any horror movie i have ever seen. A Nightmare comes next. I liked all of them 'cept New Nightmare and Part 2.

I've always liked the Hellraiser series. Mostly because of the potential the story has. The first three were great and heading in the right direction. The premise was too good to just throw away on thoughtless sequels.

I quite like Warlock. I know it's not right up there with "horror", but they were interesting to watch. I myself have only seen the first 2, how many are there now....anyone?

The Omen was pretty decent as well, until it came to the impostor of a movie, peice of shit #4...that was just a ripoff - reused elements thrown together from the previous films.

Evil Dead out of those that have been mentioned thus far.

I also lean towards the generic series everyone always mentions in these things: noes, f13, halloween, childs play, tcm....but I don't like enough of each of their installations to say they're my favourite series.

the Evil Dead series for me. I'm a big fan of the Exorcist, but the 2nd one and the prequel really blew it for the whole franchise.

But, the "Mario Bava series" is probably my favorite. I know that's not the kind of series we're talking about, but it does say "Mario Bava Series" at the top of all of those dvds. Bava, to me, is great. All of the movies in this "series" are, at the very least, worth watching... unlike all of the typical answers to this question (F13, NOES, Halloween, etc).

Your faviorate horror series, (series must be 3 or long in toatl) My mine are Firday the 13th Halloween, Nightmarme on Elm Street. So just list your faviaorte series [/QUOTE
when a movie gets to it's second sequel (third movie) it is considered a trilogy. So trilogys shouldn't be included in your favorite "series"
