How many people are in danger if it blows hardcore? Wouldn't that be crazy if we had another tragedy on our hands that no one remembers because of 9/11?

Well people did not evacuate in 1980 like they where told and we had 50 some deaths. they have asked people to leave for this on too. So I guess it depends on who listens.
