That's because you probably used too much...even if it's in a recipe, grind it and taste as you go, it's one of the most potent spices in existence. I never use more than half a teaspoon in even the largest of dishes.

MUSTARD! I love mustard any way I can get it. (Wasabi more than hot mustard, but hot mustard is still pretty damn good).

Red wine vingegrette or Balsamic Vinegrette (If you say Balsamic, you're my favorite person)
